Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to serve adult and geriatric patients across Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU and Progressive Care. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, teamwork with 50+ PTs, OTs, and SLPs on site, and a servant-leader approach to rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT with Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU and Progressive Care Unit.
• Collaborate with a large on-site team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs.
• Deliver care with a patient-centered focus and measurable recovery goals.
• Support mentorship and continuous learning within the team.

• Work throughout Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, 23-bed ICU & 35-bed Progressive Care Unit
• Treat Geriatric and Adult patients: No Pediatrics
• Nonprofit Loan Forgiveness Eligible (PSLF)
• Customized mentorship from experienced team as needed
• 4/10s or 5/8s Schedule + paid documentation time daily
• Collaborate with a team of over 50 PTs, OTs, and SLPs on site
• Up to a $6,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4+ weeks
