Beth Israel Lahey Health's Mount Auburn Hospital seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat referred patients in a compassionate, efficient manner. You will develop treatment plans with patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality care.
The role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Massachusetts licensure, strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage a patient caseload.

Patients referred for Physical Therapy services are evaluated and treated in an effective, efficient, and caring manner. Information about patient treatment is communicated in oral and/or written form in a concise, informative, and timely way and accordance with all regulatory requirements. Support staff or students participating in the care of the patient are supervised to assure the appropriateness and effectiveness of care.
Pay Range: $39.50 - $55.31 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
