Job summary

Flagship Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for Shores Post-Acute and Rehab in Port St. Joe, FL. The role focuses on delivering rehabilitative care to geriatric patients and developing comprehensive treatment plans.

Open to PTs at all experience levels, including new grads. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to join our in-house therapy team with strong CAPLICO values guiding daily practice.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.
• New grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Assist with standing/walking, lifting, transferring, and repositioning of patients and equipment.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan (manual techniques, modalities, exercises, wound care).
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and other providers; generate discharge summaries.
