Autumn Care of Marion is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our therapy team in a skilled nursing facility. You will work to restore patients’ independence and progress toward therapy goals, guiding education and exercise programs for discharge readiness.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and an active license, with comfort navigating service delivery and EHR software. Full-time shifts and ongoing CEU support are available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Must maintain an active, unencumbered state license.

Responsibilities

• Restore patient function and help achieve therapy goals in a SNF setting.
• Instruct patients in maintaining function post-discharge and in independent exercise.
