Location: 300 Polaris Parkway, suite 160, Westerville, OH 43082

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Monday/Wednesday (8am-7pm), Tuesday (8am-2pm), Thursday (8am-5pm), Friday (8am-2pm)

Compensation: $75,000 - $110,000, annually, based on years of experience

Incentives: $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
