The position is Full-time and is located at our outpatient Poway Rehab Clinic. Pelvic Floor Therapist, Herman and Wallace Floor Pelvic Floor Level 1 and 2 course work completed preferred.

Minimum Experience: 0 - 6 months physical therapist/ Outpatient experience

Preferred Experience: Pelvic Floor Therapist, Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1 and 2 course work completed, preferred.

Required License: Valid Driver's License

Current CA Licensed Physical Therapist

Required Certification: American Heart Association recognized BLS - Healthcare Provider
