Silas Creek Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate, full-time physical therapist to join our outpatient rehab team in Winston-Salem, NC. You will evaluate residents, develop personalized treatment plans, and help restore mobility and independence with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Doctorate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Physical Therapy license issued by the State of North Carolina
