Tenet-AZ Region in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Brand New 24-BedInpatient Rehab Unit. The PT will provide assessments and direct therapy with a focus on goal achievement and patient engagement, coordinating with physicians and the care team.

Minimum education includes a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy; Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred. Arizona licensure/CPR required; six months of experience preferred.

Now Hiring: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete process of therapeutic care of an assigned group of patients in coordination with the physician and the patient care team in our Brand New 24-BedInpatient Rehab Unit. The Physical Therapist completes patient assessments and participates in developing and implementing individualized care plans focusing on goal achievement, patient engagement, and positive patient experience. The Physical Therapist provides or directs a majority of the patient’s physical therapy to support patients throughout the continuum of care.
