Job summary

Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care at our Glendale center. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, documenting progress, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and confidence.

Position:

Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location:

4344 W. Bell Road, Glendale, AZ 85308

Incentives:

$20,000 Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule:

Full-Time Monday - Friday, including 3 days until 6 PM

Compensation:

Salaried, starting at $80,000 and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Indefinite Student Loan Repayment Program

• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
