Summary

We are hiring a Physical Therapist to join our team in Senior Living at Brookdale Therapy Roswell! SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE FOR FULL-TIME HIRES.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine rehab potential, identify needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and set goals in the team plan of care
  • Establish short-term and long-term goals
  • Use equipment safely, maintain logs for inspection, maintenance, and cleaning, and report any broken or faulty equipment
  • Maintain logs for required outpatient clinic equipment
  • Follow prescribed medical regimens and adhere to precautions (e.g., THR, TKR, cardiac, wound care)
  • Apply safe treatment techniques such as transfers, positioning, feeding, splinting, paraffin baths, cryotherapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, etc.
  • Complete discharge summaries on final patient visits
Education and Experience
  • Current Physical Therapist licensure in the state of practice
  • CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation or public transit
