Hcshiring is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 20-week temporary assignment beginning January 2027 in Washington state. The role emphasizes evaluation, planning, and comprehensive therapy services aligned with state and federal standards.

The PT will supervise assistants, document care, and coordinate with physicians to optimize patient outcomes while adhering to ethical guidelines. A current PT license in the state is required.

Formación

• Doctoral degree or CAPTE-accredited degree required.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in the state of employment required.

Responsabilidades

• Support PTAs with periodic training and guidance; maintain documentation per clinic directives.
• Provide therapeutic procedures and a full range of PT services in response to referrals; develop documented treatment goals.
• Plan and prepare written treatment programs based on patient evaluation; administer manual exercises.
• Instruct and motivate patients in exercises and activities; assistive devices usage.
• Administer soft tissue mobilization and mobilization techniques as appropriate.
• Record treatment, response, and progress in charts or systems; ensure timely updates.
• Educate patients and families for home treatment; coordinate with physicians for care progression.
