Job summary

Adena Health System is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join the Adena Rehab & Wellness Center on a full-time, Monday–Friday daytime schedule. You will provide direct, patient-centered care to a diverse population, working within a multidisciplinary team focused on clinical excellence and compassionate service.

You will contribute to planning and delivering evidence-based therapies, documenting care, and helping patients regain mobility and function while advancing your own professional

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• BLS certification required.
• 1–2 years of direct patient care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Commitment to patient advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy across a variety of settings.
• Document care effectively and accurately, ensuring continuity and compliance.
• Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants involved in patient care.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and providers to drive successful patient outcomes.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts across the department and health system.
• Manage your schedule efficiently to balance quality care and productivity.
