• Maintain PT skills and certifications.
• Evaluate and treat patients for PT and rehab.
• Proficient in EMR, DX and ICD-10 coding.
• HIPAA compliance and privacy policy knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for physical therapy and rehabilitation programs.
• Utilize EMR to complete evaluations, reports and discharge summaries.
• Supervise PT Assistants and Aides regarding patient care.
• Communicate with physicians to ensure quality patient care.
• Ensure accurate patient chart documentation and follow-up.
• Work with front office on scheduling and follow-up.
