Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervision to assistant therapy staff.
• Communicate daily with office staff to accept new patients, complete paperwork and payroll.
• Maintain open communication with patients and home health agencies to ensure positive experiences.
• Coordinate with Physical Therapist Assistant to manage patient care.
• Complete Evaluation, Plan of Care, Reassessment, and Discharge paperwork.
• Attend meetings and case conferences.
