Education and Experience of the Physical Therapist (PT):

Minimum of a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program for RPT.

Prefer a minimum of one year of experience in a therapist capacity.

Preferred experience in skilled nursing facility setting or rehab hospital.

QUALIFICATIONS of the Physical Therapist (PT):

Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
