Job summary

Pappas OPT in Woonsocket, RI is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans of care, and track outcomes to support progress.

We offer a base salary of $80,000–$105,000 with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, strong mentorship, and access to AI clinical documentation support, residency and board certification pathways through EIM, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients' medical history
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed

In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards.

Compensation: $80,000-$105,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
