PappasOPT, a member of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting in Pawtucket, RI. You'll develop individualized plans of care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain strong documentation standards.

In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress.You’llcollaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care whilemaintainingstrong clinical and documentation standards.

Compensation:$80,000-$100,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, withadditional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
