Select Physical Therapy in Winter Park, FL is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team of clinicians treating a general orthopedic caseload. New graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome to apply. Possible management training opportunity.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an APTA-accredited PT program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist License.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, document, and direct PT interventions for orthopedic patients.
• Perform treatment planning and adjust plans based on patient progress.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and corporate policies.
• Communicate openly with patients, families, physicians, and payors.
• Participate in center meetings and mentorship programs.

Job description

Location: Winter Park, FL

Schedule: Monday-Friday (five 8 hr days or four 10 hr days)

Salary: Starting at $78,000+/yr (based on experience)

Incentives: $20,000 sign-on bonus + $350/month student loan repayment (ongoing)

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
• Valid State Physical Therapist License
• CPR certification
