Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Lake Wales, FL is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative clinical environment treating a diverse patient population with specialties including vestibular rehabilitation, sports medicine, and fall prevention.

You will work with a team consisting of 1.25 Physical Therapists and 1 PTA, within the nation's largest outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation provider.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Salary: Starting at $77,000+ annually. Starting salary based on experience

Incentives:

• $20,000 sign-on bonus
• $350/month ongoing student loan repayment
