Job summary

Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers (PTSMC) is seeking an outpatient physical therapist in Windsor, CT, for a full-time role focused on delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment. Whether an experienced PT or a new graduate, you will contribute to a supportive team and engage in ongoing learning through education opportunities.

You’ll work with EMR systems, collaborate with physicians, and promote a patient-first philosophy while developing treatment plans and home

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited PT program.
Connecticut Physical Therapist license or eligibility to apply.

Responsibilities

Build strong, trusting relationships with your patients.
Deliver exceptional care and tailor treatment plans to meet individual goals.
Keep clinical documentation accurate and timely.
Collaborate with physicians and your care team to ensure best outcomes.
Educate and empower patients with home programs and resources.
Represent PTSMC in the community and promote our PT for Life philosophy.
