Job summary

• Degree in the area of discipline (Physical Therapy).
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Minimum commitment of 8 hours per month to maintain active employment.
