Great Bay Staffing Group is partnering with a therapist-owned outpatient practice in Massachusetts to hire a Physical Therapist. You will manage a full caseload, delivering 40-minute, one-on-one visits with patients across orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health care.

There is no productivity minimum, and you will be supported by a senior clinician and regular clinical meetings. New grads are welcome, and the role offers a solid salary range, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, CE allowances, certification

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health patients with individualized plans.
• Use the full 40 minutes with each patient and document within that time.
• Reassess progress and adjust treatment as patients improve.
• Help patients return to sports, lifting, parenting, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues for second opinions when needed.
• Attend bi-weekly clinical meetings and pursue specialty interests if desired.

The Opportunity

Every visit here is 40 minutes of one-on-one time with you — evaluations and every follow-up. No aides running your treatments, no double-booking.

This is a therapist-owned and operated outpatient practice treating orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health patients. Clinical decisions get made in the clinic by clinicians, not by a regional manager or a spreadsheet.

You'll see up to 12 patients a day, averaging 50–52 visits a week. There are no productivity minimums. A quarterly bonus exists, but the practice doesn't push volume or ask you to fill downtime with extra caseload. Most therapists finish their notes during treatment time and leave on time.

New and recent grads are paired with a senior therapist for twice-weekly, 40-minute sessions over 6–12 months, shaped around what you need and adjusted as you grow. That's on top of the bi-weekly clinical meetings. Clinicians here average a Net Promoter Score above 90.
