Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in West Palm Beach, FL. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical assessments, setting functional goals, and delivering manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities as appropriate. The role involves close collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care across the continuum, including recommendations for home exercise programs and follow-up services. The Physical Therapist will document all patient encounters accurately, educate patients and families on self-management and injury prevention, and contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive clinical environment.
