Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in West Grove, PA seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist - Outpatient to join our team. You will evaluate, treat, and document patient progress, guiding individuals back to athletics, work, and daily life.

Schedule is Monday through Friday with competitive salary of $84k to $95k based on experience. We support professional growth through mentorship, CEU programs, and a strong benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
