NovaCare in West Chester, PA seeks a Physical Therapist for outpatient care on a full-time basis, Monday–Friday with no weekends. Start at $80k+ with increases based on experience, offering mentorship and diverse clinical exposure.

The role includes ortho, neuro, and sports medicine cases across pediatric to geriatric patients, with a strong focus on patient-centered outcomes and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting.
• Document treatment plans and progress for each patient.
• Maintain clear communication with patients, families, physicians and staff.
• Attend center meetings and participate in center initiatives.

Unique Location/Job Details: Multiple therapist outpatient center looking to add a physical therapist. 2 PTs on staff plus front desk. Different patient mix including ortho, neuro and sports medicine. Patients range from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications
