Job summary

NovaCare, a Select Medical outpatient network, seeks a Physical Therapist for an outpatient split position between Exton and West Chester, PA. The role entails evaluating and treating a diverse patient mix, with 55–65 visits per week per therapist, and growth opportunities through the Outpatient Clinical Advancement Program.

Full-time, Monday–Friday with no weekends. Compensation starts at $82k/year and increases with experience; benefits for full-time staff are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain required training and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, and families.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: West Chester, PA and Exton, PA

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, No Weekends!

Compensation: Salary range starting at $82k/yr, increases based on your experience.

Unique Location/Job Details: Split position between Exton and West Chester. Both are multiple therapist outpatient centers looking to add a physical therapist. 2 PTs on staff plus front desk. Diverse patient mix including ortho, neuro and sports medicine. Patients range from pediatrics to geriatrics. Caseload is 55-65 vists per week per physical therapist

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications
