Job Summary:
Optional part-time, 8:00a-4:30p - weekend and holiday rotation, Acute care pool physical therapist
Provides comprehensive physical therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. Participates in varied department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs within Rehabilitation Services. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
Relevant inpatient/outpatient experience is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:WI state license as a Physical Therapist is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days.
