Job description

Physical Therapist (Women’s Health & Orthopedic Focus)
Full-Time or Part-Time | Maple Valley, WA | Growth Opportunities Available

If you’re a compassionate Doctor of Physical Therapy who believes movement is life and you’re ready to transform how women experience their bodies—this is your invitation to join Physical Therapy for everyBODY (PT4EB).

We’re looking for a curious, growth-minded, hands‑on healer who’s passionate about helping women move pain‑free, live active lives, and finally feel like their body is working for them, not against them.

This isn’t your typical insurance‑based PT clinic. We do things differently here.

We spend time with our patients. We treat the whole person, not the diagnosis. We empower women to trust their bodies again.

And we’re growing—fast.

Who We Are

At Physical Therapy for everyBODY, we specialize in helping women with changing bodies—whether that’s pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, or active retirement. Our holistic approach blends orthopedic manual therapy, pelvic health, movement restoration, and advanced modalities like EPAT Shockwave and Stimpod to get real, lasting results.

We believe in:

  • Knowledge Improves Everything
  • Make Their Eyes Light Up
  • Build The New

If those values light you up—you’ll love it here.

Who You Are

You’re a Physical Therapist who:

  • Is curious, compassionate, and driven to keep learning
  • Wants to combine orthopedic and pelvic floor skills to deliver life‑changing results
  • Communicates clearly and connects deeply with patients
  • Is energized by collaboration—not competition
  • Wants to grow personally and professionally
  • Have training or interest in women’s health or pelvic floor PT
  • Love educating patients and empowering them to take charge of their recovery
  • Believe laughter belongs in the treatment room
What You’ll Do
  • Provide one‑on‑one care to women across the lifespan, with a focus on orthopedic and pelvic health
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure every patient feels supported throughout their journey
  • Participate in professional development and mentorship sessions
  • Contribute ideas and energy to our growing practice—because your input matters here

This role is ideal for someone who loves technology‑driven care, independent work, and seeing results fast.

What’s In It For You
  • Compensation: $80,000–$110,000 per year (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Flexible 20–40 hours per week | Monday–Friday between 9am–7pm
  • Accrued sick leave (1 hour for every 40 hours worked)
  • Paid vacation (for 30+ hour/week team members)
  • Paid holidays (for full‑time team members)
  • Monthly team training + mentorship
  • Growth opportunities with location expansion
Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • We’re out-of‑network. That means no insurance limitations—just exceptional care and freedom to treat the way you know works best.
  • We invest in you. You’ll receive structured mentorship, professional development, and encouragement to pursue certifications and specialties.
  • We have the best patients. They’re motivated, appreciative, and truly want to get better.
  • We keep it real. You’ll find laughter, support, and genuine connection here.
  • We’re a tribe. We show up for each other, celebrate wins, and make magic happen every day.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • Washington State PT License (or eligible for licensure)
  • Passion for women’s health and lifelong learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences
