Job summary

Warren Center in Rhode Island is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. You will design and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence, safety, and quality of life for residents.

As part of the rehab team, you will educate residents and families, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with other clinicians to coordinate care.
