The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive rehabilitative services in both rural health clinic and inpatient settings. This role involves conducting skilled patient evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient recovery and functional independence. The Physical Therapist also educates patients and families on therapeutic techniques, equipment usage, and home exercise programs, ensuring delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, equipment use, and home programs.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience working in rural health clinic or inpatient rehabilitation settings.

Scheduling:

• Work hours during clinic times, typically between 6:30 am and 5:15 pm, scheduled based on patient and clinic needs.
