Job summary

Excel Rehabilitation PLLC in Virginia is seeking motivated and energetic physical therapists, with years of experience or new graduates, to join our fast-paced, family-like team as full-time clinicians. You will treat a wide variety of sports injuries and postoperative cases in private treatment rooms with state-of-the-art equipment.

We offer shadowing during the interview process, a structured orientation, 1-on-1 mentoring for new grads, and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time

Qualifications

• Must be licensed, or in the process of obtaining a license through the Virginia Board of Physical Therapy.
• Must be available for a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, with some morning and 2 evening shifts.
• Motivated to grow as a clinician and develop skills while collaborating with other skilled therapists.
• Shadowing for prospective employees during the interview process and a structured orientation program.

Responsibilities

• Treat a wide variety of diagnoses with emphasis on sports injuries and a high volume of postoperative cases.
• Work directly with patients in private treatment rooms using state-of-the-art equipment.
• Collaborate with a team of therapists to deliver high-quality care.

We are looking for motivated and energetic physical therapists, with multiple years of experience or recent graduates, to join our dynamic team as full-time clinicians.

Our clinics provide a positive, fast paced, and fulfilling environment; where you can develop your skills and grow as a practicing clinician. Our therapists enjoy use of private treatment rooms and state-of-the-art exercise equipment. Care is hands-on and our therapists work directly with their patients. What We are Looking For:

At Excel we understand joining a new clinic is an important transition for any physical therapist, whether you are a new graduate or have multiple years of experience. We offer shadowing for prospective employees, during the interview process, and a structured orientation program to allow for a smooth transition into full patient care.

New graduates will receive 1 on 1 mentoring with a senior therapist for the first 90 days.
