About the Role

We are currently seeking Certified Physical Therapists (DPT) to join a reputable healthcare team providing exceptional therapy services in multiple locations across NY, MA, and CT. This is a permanent position offering competitive compensation, professional growth, and a supportive environment for both new graduates and experienced clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services including evaluations and personalized treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines
• Design and implement therapeutic interventions such as exercise programs, manual therapy, patient education, and physical modalities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation including SOAP notes, evaluations, progress reports, and discharge summaries
• Ensure compliance with Medicare documentation standards (e.g., 30-day or 10-visit reevaluation rule)
• Support billing accuracy and collaborate with front desk staff for authorization and claims
• Promote safety and minimize risks for patients and staff during therapy sessions
• Engage in ongoing professional development, continuing education, and contribute to in-service training sessions
• Maintain cleanliness and proper use of clinic equipment and workspace
• Report concerns or issues directly to the Physical Therapy Manager
• Adhere to the organization’s dress code and maintain punctual, professional attendance

Qualifications
