Putnam Ridge is a beautiful skilled nursing subacute rehabilitation facility conveniently located in Brewster, NY.

We are looking for a part time/per diem Physical Therapist with at least 2 years experience to provide skilled physical therapy services consistent with professional standards and agency policies.

The Physical Therapist would be responsible for assessing our residents, creating individualized treatment plans and goals, providing treatments and overseeing our PTAs as needed.

The right candidate enjoys working with the geriatric population.
