Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality PT services to residents. Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations and planning individual treatment programs and goals.
• Administer treatments and discharge planning; perform related duties as required.
• Collaborate across care continuum and participate in professional growth opportunities for therapists.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Requirements The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred)

Pay Range $42.50 - $65.00 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
