Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Delmar, DE is seeking a Physical Therapist for our outpatient center. This full-time role offers mentorship, training, and exposure to Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, Neuro and Vestibular care.

You will evaluate and treat patients, document progress, and collaborate with physicians and staff. A Degree in Physical Therapy with an active state license and CPR certification is required. New grads welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain required training and comply with regulations.
• Maintain open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients and families.

Overview

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient $5000 Sign on Bonus and Student Loan Assistance!

Location: Delmar, DE

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. No Weekends!

Compensation:Salary range $85k-$100k, based on your experience.

Incentives: $50000 Sign on Bonus plus Student Loan Assistance of $350 per month for duration of your employment with us!

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations


• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients


• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors


• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
