Job description

$20,000 sign-on bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with and evaluate patients to determine goals and needs.
• Diagnose and treat movement dysfunction.
• Create plans of care and document patient records in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payment, and accrediting requirements.
• Provide education on therapy exercise techniques and use of adaptive equipment such as walkers or wheelchairs.
• Provide hands‑on therapy such as massage, thermotherapy, dry needling, etc., as applicable.
• Work collaboratively with other providers including therapists, surgeons, and the patient’s primary care provider.
• Clean and maintain equipment to ensure a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
