Professional Physical Therapy in Westfield, NJ is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a full-time role. You will conduct patient evaluations, build individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy with strong patient education.

New-Grad Friendly | Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Base Salary:$90,000–$100,000
Total Compensation:$95,000–$120,000
(commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)

New for 2026: Eligible PTs may also choose up to $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance (RISE) or a $30,000 retention bonus paid over four years.
