Professional Physical Therapy in Bernardsville, NJ seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a full-time role. The position offers a base salary of $90,000–$100,000 with total compensation of $95,000–$120,000, commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives.

New for 2026: eligible PTs may choose up to $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance (RISE) or a $30,000 retention bonus paid over four years.
