Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current State PT license or eligibility to practice in AZ.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with patients, families and staff.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
