Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Fredericksburg is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide inpatient care and guide patients through their rehabilitation journey in a technology-enabled setting. You will supervise treatments, lead assessments, and develop personalized care plans focused on physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

The role emphasizes building strong patient relationships, tracking progress, and celebrating milestones within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree plus sufficient experience in physical therapy.
