Job summary

South Plains Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliate of UMC and Encompass Health, seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver direct inpatient care and lead patient assessments. You will create personalized care plans and address patient concerns to support recovery.

The role emphasizes building meaningful patient relationships and celebrating progress. CPR certification and state licensure are required; a Master’s degree is preferred or a Bachelor’s with significant experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient field experience.
