Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Professional PT experience with emphasis on sports injuries.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.
• Basic computer skills.
• CPR and first aid certification require.

Responsibilities

• Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each of the patients.
• Ability to treat 1 patient per 45 minutes with exceptional quality of care.
• Communicate and coordinate with patients’ physicians to ensure a consistent and collaborative level of care.
• Exercise independent judgment based on experience to implement effective treatment combinations.
• Evaluate and report on patients’ progress while maintaining accurate patient records.
• Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries.
• Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations.
• Complete at least 30 hours of continuing education every two years.
