FX Physical Therapy is changing traditional Physical Therapy with a 1-on-1 approach and Doctors of Physical Therapy delivering personalized treatment to empower patients to live and perform better.

We are looking for a compassionate, forward-thinking Sports Physical Therapist who excels at assessing patients’ strengths and weaknesses and devising creative treatment plans. State license required; CPR/First Aid preferred; state-of-the-art Performance Centers available.

Formación

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Professional PT experience with emphasis on sports injuries.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.
• Basic computer skills.
• CPR and first aid certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each of the patients
• Ability to treat 1 patient per 45 minutes with exceptional quality of care
• Communicate and coordinate with patients’ physicians to ensure a consistent and collaborative level of care
• Exercise independent judgment based on experience to implement effective treatment combinations
• Evaluate and report on patients’ progress while maintaining accurate patient records
• Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries
• Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations
• Complete at least 30 hours of continuing education every two years
