Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to assess patients, create recovery plans and deliver in‑facility therapy. You will report to the Director of Rehab and contribute to care plans across diverse settings, including clinics and home-based care.

Candidates should hold a valid PT license and one of several degree combinations; experience in multiple PT roles is valued. This position offers a strong mentorship program, CEU opportunities, and visa/relocation support

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice or proof of eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Master’s in a PT-related field plus a PT Bachelor’s is acceptable.
• Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Out-of-US PT degree must be evaluated for US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ needs, develop recovery plans and deliver physical therapy.
• Provide in-facility physical therapy services under the direction of the Rehab Director.
• Participate in patient progress reporting and care coordination.

As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.

Qualifications

1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
2. They must have a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
3. They must have a Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
4. They must have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range: USD $40.00 - $47.00 /Hr.
