Hourly Rate:

• Min: $36.53/hr
• Mid: $45.63/hr
• Max: $53.20/hr (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case basis

The Physical Therapist will manage the complete therapeutic care process for an assigned group of patients.
