Hourly Rate:

  • Min: $36.53/hr
  • Mid: $45.63/hr
  • Max: $53.20/hr (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case basis

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist will manage the complete therapeutic care process for an assigned group of patients. This includes performing assessments, developing individualized care plans, and providing or directing physical therapy to promote optimal patient outcomes. The PT collaborates closely with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
