Job summary

Confluent Health, LLC and its affiliates are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to join our teams in New York. You will assess movement dysfunction, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
