Job summary

Comforcare Central NJ is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to assess, plan, and provide therapy services to clients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and work with families to ensure understanding of exercises and goals.

Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time opportunities; home visits may be required and reliable transportation is recommended.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home care, rehabilitation, or clinical settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and dependable.
