Job summary

Bartley Physical Therapy in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a Doctor of Physical Therapy to join a collaborative, patient-centered team. You will treat orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical cases, delivering evidence-based care and clinical autonomy while building meaningful patient relationships.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience, plus loyalty incentives up to $20,000 (including up to $10,000 sign-on).

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
