Job Summary and Qualifications

The Physical Therapist provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing therapeutic processes for assigned patients, coordinating with physicians and care teams. Responsibilities include assessments, developing care plans, and delivering or directing therapy to support patient recovery.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct evaluations and treatments within legal and ethical standards.
• Assess therapeutic/functional status and contribute to care planning.
• Provide therapy at patients' homes, using appropriate procedures and techniques.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on therapies, exercises, and devices outside sessions.
• Manage caseload, staffing, and coordinate patient care activities.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.
• Physical Therapy License issued by the Texas State Board (ECPTOTE).
• Preferred: One or more years of experience in acute or inpatient rehab settings.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
