Job Summary

We are hiring for a Physical Therapist. This position is located in Decatur and the surrounding area. Salary based on full‑time employment and maximum productivity: $90,000 to $120,000 per year based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions.
• Determine a treatment plan and perform interventions to improve and enhance patient’s well‑being, evaluating progress.
• Assist the physician in developing the therapy plan of care and observe/report patient responses to treatment.
• Inform patients, families, caregivers, and the health‑care team of the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals.

Education and Experience

Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice.

Current CPR certification.

Must have a current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
